The Agent's Take: "It's a pie-shaped lot, so it's larger in the backyard and a bigger house because of that," says agent Jeff Oulahen, who notes most homes around 2,500-square-feet.
"Most of the houses on Somerset back onto Bayview or 16th but this did not back onto either, which was quite nice."
As for the house, it was ideal for various reasons. "It was a beautifully maintained home – really cared for over the years," Mr. Oulahen adds.
"Someone could move in and enjoy it the way it is … [but buyers] were probably going to be renovating the bathrooms and kitchens at some point."
