The Agent's Take: "It's a historic, heritage townhouse in a very convenient and desirable location," agent Boris Kholodov said. "The whole row was redone by architect Joan Burt, who put in English steel doors in all the units and they still remain in this property."
The potential to add value to this place was another asset. "Most buyers were looking to do some work to this property," Mr. Kholodov said.
"The original layout has the kitchen on the lower garden level and this was the case in this property, but some other properties in the row now have kitchens on the main level."
