LISTING AGENT Nicolas Blachette, Sutton Group

What They Got: The 815-square-foot, two-bedroom unit in the prestigious three-year-old Jameson House had never been occupied. The unit in the southeast corner has a view of the city and Burrard Inlet, located two blocks from Canada Place and the waterfront. It includes high ceilings, built-in speakers, walk-in closets, outdoor terrace and designer kitchen with Sub Zero fridge and Travertine tiles.

The Action: Buyers were looking to buy the unit for short-term rental or as a second home while in the city.

It sold for $900 a square foot, which is good for a condo that doesn't have a prime water view, says listing agent Nicolas Blachette.

The Agent's Take: "It's a good starting price in the building and the bedrooms are spacious," says Mr. Blachette.

It's also an award-winning building because of its mixed use, with ground-level stores, eight storeys of office space and 26 floors for condos. It has a mechanized valet parking system and is located two blocks from the waterfront and SkyTrain. "It feels like living in Manhattan on the west coast," says Mr. Blachette.
