Though the 17-by-102-foot grounds lack parking, essentials are all accessible on foot. “It’s a great pocket that’s really community-based and steps away from Queen Street,” Mr. Chaput said.

“It’s close to good schools – walking distance to Williamson Road and Glen Ames.”
