Near the entrance into Oriole Park and the Kay Gardner Beltline Trail, this detached residence hosted preview open houses one weekend in late July. So, when it officially entered the market a few days later, two suitors returned with offers.

“A lot of people are focused on listing in September, but there are buyers out there now,” agent Dino Capocci said at the time.

“There’s nothing in the $2.2-million range right now in central Toronto. There was a semi listed after us and it sold for $2.3-million.”
