Buyers seeking a townhouse in Vaughan weren’t ready to commit to any they’d seen early in their search. But they often reminisced about a quiet residential street near Thornhill Woods, so when this freehold townhouse became available on that same street, they penned a bid to beat out another shopper early February.
“The area has a lot of [townhouses] in the neighbourhood, but there were supply restraints,” agent Ira Jelinek said.
“There was nothing that came up for about two to three months in that area, then this popped up and it fit the bill.”

“They could add a little value by finishing the basement for one day when they want to resell it, and they’ll get their money back and more.”
