The Agent's Take: "It's a small building, which has a very specific audience," says Mr. Kholodov. "[That's] people who want to be in that area, but can't afford to be in a house and don't need a lot of space."
A minor makeover gave this particular unit some distinction. "Most people are turned off by an empty unit with a blue bedroom," Mr. Kholodov states.
"We had the property staged and the bedroom repainted a neutral colour, and the property sold immediately for over asking."
