LISTING AGENTS Julie Kinnear and Holly Chandler, Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd.

The Action: Overlooking Six Points Plaza, this two-bedroom corner suite was seen by about 30 visitors during weekend open houses held over three weeks, as well as over a dozen buyers mid-week.

What They Got: In the northwest corner of a roughly decade-old highrise in The Essex community, this 1,130-square-foot suite was constructed with upgraded features selected by the original owner and seller in 2004.

Open areas include a den off the foyer and a combined living and dining area with hardwood floors, as well as a kitchen with granite counters, custom baking racks, stainless steel backsplashes and appliances and sliding balcony doors.

For privacy, there are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on opposite ends of the unit. The master suite is the one with a Juliet balcony, a walk-in closet and four-piece ensuite bathroom.

Laundry facilities, locker and parking are packaged into the unit, along with monthly fees of $771 to cover utilities, 24-hour concierge, virtual golf, pool, fitness, party and games rooms.

The Agent's Take: "It's well situated, close to a lot of amenities," agent Holly Chandler said. "And it's a really well run building with good upscale amenities and good concierge."

This unit also had some unique aspects.

"This particular unit had a lot of updates, especially for a condo," Ms. Chandler said. "It has a split plan, so it's great if you have guests so they can have their own bathroom."
