The agent’s take: The sale succeeded partly because the tenant was helpful, Mr. Roy said. “Selling tenanted properties is often difficult,” he said. “Tenants don’t have a vested interest in selling homes so they don’t always keep places clean or make it easy to access and show potential buyers.”
