The Agent's Take: "The building consists of 34 units, but there are only 13 parking stalls within the building," agent Glenn Feldstein said "There is a parking stall and also a motorcycle stall that comes with this unit. With heritage conversions, parking is not the norm." And if you don't drive, I'm sure there is somebody who wants to rent your parking stall. And the SkyTrain is maybe 100 yards from your front door."
