An earlier version of this article omitted Stewart McKelvey from the list of Sobeys' legal advisers on its acquisition of Canada Safeway. Stewart McKelvey was the lead firm acting for Sobeys on the deal. The list also omitted Bennett Jones from the list of Canada Safeway's advisers on the deal. Bennett Jones was also omitted from the list of the acquirers' advisers in H&R REIT's acquisition of Primaris REIT.
