Social media profiles: Can your employer tell you what to do?

Your employer wants to direct how you present yourself on LinkedIn. A potential employer asks to be a Facebook friend. Your boss takes issue with what you wrote in your personal online blog last night -- and it had nothing to do with work. Employment lawyer Daniel Lublin took questions about your rights when it comes to your social media profile.
