A quarter of the year has flashed by. How are you faring?

Your company has metrics to check quarterly financial performance, and might also have performance management reports to mark the time period. But what about your stress levels, and work-life balance? Are you cool as a cucumber or as hot as a tamale?

To help, I have devised a scorecard with some quick measures that will allow you to capture your stress and work-life balance levels, and compare them with the past and how you wish to be today. You can even weigh your scores against other respondents, which might offer additional insight. I also offer a questionnaire, that will help guide you to sensible actions for improvement you might take, tailored exactly to your current situation.

If you wish, you can share your answers to this second stage in the process and give an email address, which might help when I report back in a couple of weeks, or you can keep it private.
