Premdor Inc. said that, effective today, its name will be Masonite International Corp. and its shares will trade on the Toronto and New York stock exchanges. The company purchased Masonite Corp. from International Paper Co., last August for $500-million (U.S.). The company's headquarter will be in in Mississauga and its international administrative office in Tampa, Fla.
