Dr. Becky Reuber is a researcher, teacher and consultant in the area of entrepreneurship at the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. Her research focuses on growth strategies and reputations of new firms. She is the author of over 40 scholarly papers and the recent textbook Entrepreneurship: A Process Perspective. Her research has won awards from the Academy of Management, the International Council for Small Business, the Canadian Council of Small Business & Entrepreneurship, and the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada. She is passionate about developing entrepreneurial skills and her MBA students have won business plan prizes in Canada, the U.S., and Europe. Dr. Reuber has held visiting academic positions at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, the University of Victoria, and the Australian National University. She has consulted to a number of private- and public-sector organizations, and sits on the editorial board of several entrepreneurship journals.
