Sandeep Lal is photographed at his office at 999 Progress Rd on January 12 2011. Lal is a Toronto businessman developing a resort community in Boquete, Panama called Cielo Paraiso that is attracting owners from around the world äóñ and has multiple owners from Toronto. Sandeep also owns the largest label manufacturing company in Canada. He bought the property with his brother years ago, and the vision continues with new homes being delivered, a new golf course set to open in December 2010, and the next phase of residences being unveiled next month.
