Blogging can be a useful way to update customers, keep staff informed and to differentiate yourself from competitors. But is it right for your business?

It's an important question. Blogging is a time-consuming undertaking, and with so many ways to use technology to promote a company, it's not an easy decision to make.

He was joined by two guests, and the three of them provided tips and took your questions.
