To cap off Small Business Week, The Globe and Mail, along with the Ivey Institute for Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurs Organization, Ladies Learning Code, Duet Public Relations and Oxford Beach, will be hosting an invite-only event from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Spoke Club in Toronto.

To celebrate the hard working small business owners and operators driving Canada's economy, we're giving away 10 pairs of tickets to this exclusive party. Enjoy a drink or two (on us!) at the bar as you network with entrepreneurs from across the city. Contest rules and regulations

No purchase necessary. Contest begins at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on October 17, 2012 and ends at 11:00 a.m. ET on October 19,2012 or until the first ten entrants have been confirmed as winners, whichever is sooner.

Contest open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 19 years of age or older. LIMIT: 1 e-mail entrant per person. Ten (10) prizes available to be won, each consisting of two (2) tickets to attend the invitation-only Small Biz Week Closing Party on Friday, October 19, 2012 between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at Spoke Club, 600 King Street West, 4th Floor, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 1M3 (the "Prize"). Approx. retail value is $30.00 CDN.

The first 10 entrants to send an e-mail who are subsequently confirmed as winners by the Contest sponsor, including by correctly answering a mathematical skill-testing question and at Contest sponsor's election, executing a Full Release of Liability, Consent to Publicity & Indemnity Form, will win. If a selected entrant cannot be confirmed a winner within 6 hour(s), Prize is forfeited and will be awarded to the next fastest entrant subject to confirmation. Odds of winning depend on the number of participants and their speed relative to your own. Contest sponsor is not responsible for any technical errors including transmission problems with an e-mail being sent or received.

Entrants using robotic or other automated means will be disqualified from the Contest. Contest sponsor's servers govern for time.
