three things

Deborah Sweeney is the CEO & Owner at MyCorporation Business Services, Inc.

Three Things on Ms. Sweeney's mind:

1. How do I keep my team passionate and engaged? I think and work extensively toward a team that "owns" the business in the sense that they continue to provide excellent, unsurpassed customer service. I want them to go above and beyond with every single customer. I think extensively about how to incentivize and motivate the team. I want them to make the customer experience of starting a new business a "WOW" experience by providing exceptional customer service.

2. How do I best use my time? I'm organized and motivated. I want to use every minute of my time on the highest and most important things. I evaluate and re-evaluate that is. I sometimes think it's best to work directly with the team. To teach them what I believe is important and pass that along so that this approach can be multiplied by each of my team members. Other times, I think it's about generating relationships outside the business – with partners, affiliates, and new business relationships – to continue to grow the business. Still other times, I think my time is best spent talking directly with the customers – understanding customers and their needs so we can create the best possible service.

3. How do we continue to grow? I think about the best strategies to continue to grow the business. I think about marketing, PR, online search . I think about our website – how it's designed and how to make the customer experience even better. I think about the competition and work to evaluate where they're going and how to differentiate our service by being even more focused on the needs of entrepreneurs. I think about annuity services and how to improve conversion. I think about our customers and our employees and how they can contribute to our growth.
