Report on Small Business editor Katherine Scarrow was joined by Shannon Ward and Diana Stirling, authors of Babyproofing Your Business and creators of PretirementLiving.com. The Vancouver-based entrepreneurs discussed how founders can build successful businesses without sacrificing themselves or their families and outline their top time-management strategies.

Ms. Ward and Ms. Stirling believe work-life balance is a myth and say that redefining success is the key to a fulfilling life. But is it really achievable for everyone?
