Kickstarter and Indiegogo, two of the most popular donation-based crowdfunding sites in the country, give creative people the opportunity to fund their projects via online donations or pre-purchasing of products or experiences. Each month, The Report on Small Business will provide a snapshot of the top 10 Canadian entrepreneurial crowdfunding campaigns of the moment. The figures are accurate as of April 1, 2014.

You choose a great Dragon leader and his lieutenants and servants. The Vancouver-based company behind the game, <a href="">Action Games Miniatures</a>, has raised $125,585 <a href="">of its $15,000 goal on Kickstarter</a></font>.

<font face="calibri"><font size="4">3. <a href=" "><b>The Helmsman</b></a> is a timepiece made of marine bronze or steel. Bronze ages based on your experiences, creating your personalised story. Zelos Watches, the Singapore-based company creating the watches, has raised $81,934 <a href="">of its $30,000 goal on Kickstarter</a></font>.

<font face="calibri"><font size="4">4. <a href=" "><b>HJ-Story Book Vol.1 & 2</b></a> all started as little doodles for Andrew Hou's girlfriend (now wife). Over time it became a large collection of artwork drawn over the last 3 years, illustrating their thoughts and stories. Now with more than 200 pieces and still growing everyday, they have decided that it's time to turn them into a book and spread the love around the world. The South Korean couple raised to-based team raised $67,495 <a href="">of their $15,000 goal on Kickstarter. </a></font>

<font face="calibri"><font size="4">5. <a href=" "><b>Dysfunctional Systems</b></a> is a series that revolves around the adventures of Winter Harrison, a student mediator from a utopian world. "Mediators" in Winter's world are those who travel between chaotic worlds, attempting to resolve the issues plaguing them. It has been released for Windows, Mac, Linux and iOS. Currently, there is one episode but the team from St. John's wants to create two more. So far they've raised $67,450 <a href="">of their $49,000 goal on Kickstarter</a></font>.

<font face="calibri"><font size="4">6. <a href=" "><b>Heather Dale's Celtic Avalon</b></a> is new touring stage show, DVD and youth education program based on the King Arthur legends. Heather has 20 years experience as a songwriter, 15 years running a production company, 10 years touring around North America & Europe. She's already started working on the project, and is mainly looking for community support for the DVD. So far, Ms. Dale and her team has raised $56,500 (U.S.) <a href="">of its $40,000 goal on Indiegogo</a></font>.

The type of cancer that Ryan has comes in two strains, and Ryan has the easier of the two to beat, and some of his treatment plan includes extended travel to the U.S. for a specific Proton Therapy. Clement Marty, who is behind the project, is an animal lover and discovered the concept during travels to South Korea and Japan.
