A 24-hour sidewalk cupcake-dispensing machine which opened on Tuesday where purchases are made by credit card. Sprinkles' Cupcake "ATM" is New York City's first and joins the Beverly Hills based company's "ATM's" already opened in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago and Dallas.
