Welcome to the second in a monthly series of Google+ Hangout interviews with small-business owners and operators from across Canada.

The Globe's Katherine Scarrow hung out with Linda Morana, mentor-in-residence at the Canadian Youth Business Foundation's (CYBF), and Ash Yoon, the owner of Toronto Acupuncture Studio to discuss the benefits and challenges of a mentorship, qualities of a good mentor and how to to establish a successful working relationship. As a national organization established in 1996, the CYBF has invested in more than 5,100 Canadians aged 18 to 34 who have established businesses that have created more than 20,100 new jobs, $143-million in tax revenue, and hundreds of millions of dollars in sales and export revenues.
