Greig Perantinos is the owner of Cool Moose Creamery, an ice-cream shop with two Ontario locations, one in Alliston and one in Cookstown, and he's a full-time student in his third year at the Richard Ivey School of Business of the University of Western Ontario.

He was named one of three Advancing Canadian Entrepreneurship (ACE) 2010 student entrepreneur Ontario champions and a regional champion.
