Willow Biosciences set for TSX debut

Willow Biosciences Inc. said Tuesday it has received final approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange to list its common shares on the TSX. The shares will begin trading on the at the opening of the market on Thursday, Dec. 5, 2019. Upon listing on the TSX, the Common Shares will continue to trade under the symbol “WLLW”. In conjunction with listing on the TSX, the Common Shares will concurrently be delisted from the Canadian Securities Exchange. Calgary based Willow Biosciences Inc. produces plant-derived compounds for the global pharmaceutical, health and wellness, and consumer packaged goods industries. Its current focus is in the production of cannabinoids for the treatment for pain, anxiety, obesity and brain disorders.

Tilray appoints Katy Dickson as president of Manitoba Harvest

Tilray, Inc. has announced the appointment of Katy Dickson as president, Manitoba Harvest. Tilray acquired Manitoba Harvest, the world’s largest hemp food company, in early 2019. Before joining Tilray, Dickson was senior vice-president, global brand GM and president of American Girl. “We’re pleased to welcome Katy to our senior leadership team to build on the success of the Manitoba Harvest brand globally,” said Brendan Kennedy, Tilray CEO. Founded in 1998, Manitoba Harvest produces, manufactures, markets and distributes a broad-based portfolio of hemp-based consumer products.

Jushi approved for CSE listing

Jushi Holdings Inc., a U.S multi-state cannabis and hemp operator, said Tuesday it has received approval to begin trading its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker symbol “JUSH.” The company said it expects to commence trading on the CSE as of the market open on Monday, Dec. 9, 2019. In conjunction with the new listing, its common shares are expected to be voluntarily delisted from the NEO Exchange at the close of trading on or about Friday, Dec. 6. Jushi’s shares will continue to trade on the OTCQX under the symbol “JUSHF.”
