Winning an Olympic gold medal has come with a cost for Team Canada general manager Steve Yzerman. The Tampa Bay Lightning GM traded Martin St. Louis to the New York Rangers for Ryan Callahan. St. Louis was originally left off the Canadian Olympic roster, creating friction between Yzerman and his team's captain. St. Louis ultimately was added to the Olympic team after fellow Lightning teammate Steve Stamkos' broken leg did not heal in time for him to play in Sochi.
