Founded in 1909, 'Les Habitants' are the longest continuously operating professional ice hockey team in the world. A member of the National Hockey League's Original Six, the franchise has won a record 24 Stanley Cups. Sixty-one players, coaches and builders associated with the Canadiens have been inducted into the Hall of Fame.
