Calgary middleweight Nick (The Promise) Ring will face Constantinos Philippou at UFC 154 in Montreal.

The mixed martial arts show is scheduled for Nov. 17 at the Bell Centre with an expected main event featuring welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre and interim title-holder Carlos Condit.

Ring (13-1) is coming off a decision win over Court McGee at UFC 149. Philippou (11-2 with one no contest) won a decision over Riki Fukuda at UFC 148.

The co-main event in Montreal features welterweights Johny (Bigg Rigg) Hendricks and Martin (The Hitman) Kampmann.

Other announced UFC 154 bouts are Montreal middleweight Patrick (The Predator) Cote versus Alessio (Legionarius) Sakara of Italy, lightweight Mark Bocek of Woodbridge, Ont., versus Brazil's Rafael Dos Anjos, lightweight Sam (Hands of Stone) Stout of London, Ont., against John (The Bull) Makdessi of Montreal, featherweight Antonio Carvalho of Ajax, Ont., versus Brazil's Rodrigo Damm, featherweight Mark (The Machine) Hominick versus Pablo Garza, bantamweight Ivan Menjivar of Montreal against Azamat Gashimov, Swedish welterweight Besam Yousef versus Stephen (Wonderboy) Thompson, and middleweight (Filthy) Tom Lawlor versus Francis (Limitless) Carmont of France.
