Canada has climbed one spot to No. 8 in FIFA's latest women's soccer rankings.
The Canadian women moved into a tie with North Korea, which was replaced by Brazil at No. 7.
The top six remained unchanged with Germany on top, followed by the United States, France, Japan, Sweden and England. Australia remains No. 10.
Canada will host the women's World Cup starting June 6, playing in a group with China, New Zealand and the Netherlands.
The Netherlands dropped one place to No. 12 in the new rankings while China slipped three rungs to No. 16 and New Zealand was up one spot at No. 17.
