Chelsea and Everton have been charged by England's Football Association for a melee involving both teams during a Premier League match.
The incident was sparked by a foul by Everton midfielder Gareth Barry on Chelsea winger Willian in the 86th minute of Wednesday's match at Stamford Bridge, where Chelsea won 1-0.
The FA says on Thursday the clubs have been charged for "failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion and/or refrained from provocative behaviour."
Chelsea and Everton have until Tuesday to respond.
The governing body says Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic will not face action for his part in the melee, after grabbing Everton midfielder James McCarthy around the neck and appearing to lower his head into the side of his opponent's face.
