Dwayne De Rosario headlines Canada's roster for the upcoming World Cup qualifying matches.

De Rosario, who has made 60 appearances for the men's national team, is the most experienced player on the 19-man roster released today.

The Toronto native is two goals shy of equalling Dale Mitchell's record of 19 for Canada.

Canada plays St. Lucia at Toronto's BMO Field on Sept. 2 before playing Puerto Rico in Bayamon on Sept. 6 in a group that also includes St. Kitts and Nevis.

The team includes 16 players from this summer's Gold Cup squad, which won just one game in the CONCACAF tournament before being knocked out in the first round.

Canada will need to finish in first place in Group D of the CONCACAF Round 2 to advance to the next stage of qualifiers for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
