Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini thinks it would be difficult to coax some of Serie A's top talent to the world's richest club.

Juventus centre back Giorgio Chiellini, Inter Milan forward Mario Balotelli, AC Milan midfielder Gennaro Gattuso have all been linked with moves to City in the January transfer window.

"Chiellini is the key to Juve's defence so it seems a bit difficult they would let him go. The same goes for Balotelli... and Gattuso," the Italian told Italy's Sky TV on Friday, adding he had too many forwards to consider bidding for Sampdoria's Antonio Cassano.
