OTTAWA, Nov. 3 - Dynex Power Inc. has announced that Michael LeGoff had resigned as president and chief executive officer of Dynex, effective immediately. Mr. LeGoff will assist the chairman in the consideration of the company's options in the future. Paul Taylor will assume the role of president and CEO as from today.

Dynex designs and manufactures industrial high-power semiconductors. Its capabilities permit the manufacture of both standard bipolar semiconductors and insulated-gate bipolar transistors. These products are used to improve the reliability and quality of power generation, transmission and distribution systems, marine and rail electric drives, aero-technology electric systems, induction heating applications, industrial motor drives and controls and electric-vehicle drive technologies.

Dynex is headquartered in Lincoln, which houses the manufacturing, silicon fabrication, marketing and sales, design and research and development operations.
