Apple Inc. announced Tuesday it is revealing a smaller version of its hit iPad, with a screen that's about two-thirds the size of the full-size model. The device weighs 0.68 pounds and is as thin as a pencil, said marketing chief Phil Schiller.

The company also refreshed its full-sized iPad, as well as its MacBook Pro, iMac and Mac Mini lines.
