The Before the Bell report is constantly updated to reflect the latest news developments and market moves in the premarket. Check back later for updates.

U.S. stock futures are higher and gaining further upward traction ahead of the opening bell after the European Central Bank announced an easing to its monetary policy that was unprecedented, but largely anticipated by the market. Dow and S&P 500 futures are up more than 0.3 per cent, suggesting both indexes will hit more record highs as trading gets underway this morning.
