Israeli fire killed at least 37 Palestinians during mass protests at the Gaza border. In a show of anger fuelled by the embassy move, protesters in Gaza and the West Bank set tires on fire, hurled firebombs and stones at Israeli troops.

Dozens of Palestinians were killed by Israeli fire Monday as tens of thousands protested and clashes erupted along the Gaza border against the US transfer of its embassy to Jerusalem, after months of global outcry, Palestinian anger and exuberant praise from Israelis over President Donald Trump's decision tossing aside decades of precedent.
