Meetings continue at COP26, the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Glasgow, Scotland, where leaders of more than 190 countries will attempt to come to an agreement on the next steps for transitioning to a low-carbon economy. Expectations are high that the talks will yield concrete plans for meeting a target of net-zero emissions by 2050.
