Hi, I'm Sonali Verma, deputy investment editor at the Report on Business. I'm going to show you how to import or export a Watchlist. It's very straightforward.

If you have a Stocklist or Fundlist already set up, it's easy to import those stocks and funds into your Watchlist. Here's how.

First, log in. If you haven't already registered, it will take less than a minute and it means you can access your Watchlist from any computer -- so go ahead and do it.

Now, we can get started.

Click on the option to Import to Watchlist.

You can grab a Stocklist or a Fundlist from Globe Investor this way. Just hit Import. And you're done.

You also import a Stocklist or Watchlist from another site, such as Yahoo or Bloomberg. Here's how.

Click on the Download button.

Save it (I'll save it to my Desktop).

Now, go back to your Globe Investor Watchlist.

Click the Import to Watchlist button.

Browse and find your file. And Import.

You can also export a Watchlist. Click the button.

And choose the Export tab.

If you get a yellow flag saying your browser has blocked the site from downloading files to your computer, click on it and choose to download the file.

Save it, and then you can open it in Excel.

That's it -- you're done.

If you're having any trouble at all, e-mail us at globeinvestor@globeandmail.com and we'll give you a hand.

Enjoy your new Watchlist!
