For this week's live discussion at Inside the Market, we were joined by Angus Rogers, senior portfolio manager with Fiera Quantum and a fixed income investing strategist.
Mr. Rogers has 25 years experience in both U.S. and Canadian high-yield securities as well as in a variety of other fixed income products. Prior to his recent appointment at Fiera Quantum, he spend 14 years in New York, where he was a managing director at RBC Capital Markets and a co-head of the Leverage Finance Department at Jefferies Group. He is the co-manager of the recently introduced Fiera Quantum Income Opportunities Fund.
Mr. Rogers shared his insights on the markets and income investing right now, including advice on the high-yield corporate bond market and strategies to reduce risk while generating stronger levels of income.
