Rockridge Capital Corp. announced results from the Fininko Gold Zone located in the eastern portion of the 250 square kilometre Fatou Gold Project. The company said hole DDF-091 intersected 1.73 g/t gold over 54.0 meters while RCF-173 intersected 3.25 g/t gold over 10.0 metres.
Petroamerica Oil Corp., which is trading near year highs, reported second-quarter $4.7-million in oil revenue, net of royalties, from the sale of 46,774 barrels of oil. The realized sales price was $107.02 (U.S.) per barrel generating an operating netback of approximately $66 (U.S.) per barrel. The company’s net loss was $418,000 ($0 per share diluted) and capital expenditures were $3.9-million, all invested in Colombia. It said these capital expenditures were funded from available cash on hand.
Elemental Minerals Ltd. announced its updated Mineral Resource estimate for the Kola deposit on the Sintoukola property located in the Republic of Congo. Its measured and indicated Sylvinite resource increased 38 per cent.
