Canadian issues that are moving on early news

Pacific Wildcat Resources Corp. has entered into an agreement with Muscadine Limited for the sale of Tantalum Mineracao e Prospeccao Limitada, a 100 per cent wholly-owned Mozambique subsidiary of the company, and the associated tantalum rights. Cash consideration for the sale is $3-million (U.S.).

International Northair Mines Ltd. announced the assay results from nine core holes completed in the San Gregorio Zone at its La Cigarra silver project. The company said drilling has intersected 170.4 g/t silver over 17.9 meters at the La Cigarra Project in Mexico. INM gained 6 per cent yesterday.

GuestLogix Inc. announced a global partnership with Panasonic Avionics Corporation. The partnership will immediately enable fully certified payment processing capabilities through Panasonic's IFE systems. GXI rose 8 per cent yesterday.

Boxxer Gold Corp. said the 2012 diamond drilling program has confirmed widespread, significant polymetallic copper-molybdenite-silver mineralization in all 6 holes completed in 2012. A follow-up drilling program on the East Breccia zone is warranted, the company added. BXX rose 6 per cent to 9 cents yesterday.

CML HealthCare Inc. has entered into a strategic partnership with MaRS Innovation to commercialize early-stage technologies for medical diagnostics. CML and MI will identify opportunities for investment and CML will provide up to $1-million in funding over a three-year period at their discretion, which will be leveraged with financial support from MI.

New Flyer Industries Inc., which rose 3 per cent yesterday, announced that its second-half 2012 production schedule has been adjusted as a result of a delay in receiving a notice to proceed from a large U.S. customer for an order of 90 Xcelsior 60-foot articulated buses or 180 equivalent units. NFI declared a dividend on the common shares of New Flyer in the amount of $0.04875 per share, which will be payable on October 15, 2012, to holders of record at the close of business on September 28, 2012.

Largo Resources Ltd., which is trading near a year low 22 cents, announced a new NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource at its Maracas Vanadium property located 250 kilometres west of Salvador, Bahia, Brazil.

Petroamerica, which is trading near a year high 21.5 cents, announced "successful" test results From Las Maracas-4 Well and plans for extra drilling in Colombia.

Cline Mining Corporation, which is trading near a year low 20 cents, provided an update on its current activities at its New Elk mine, including an update on the temporary mine stoppage and mine plan review.

Synex International Inc., which is trading near a year high 53 cents, said net income to shareholders of the company for fiscal 2012 was $430,034 as compared to net income of $48,904 for fiscal 2011. Income per share for fiscal 2012 was $0.02.
