Dorel Industries is slated to release its fourth-quarter and full year results before markets open and will hold a conference call to discuss them at 1pm Eastern Time on Thursday.



Uni-Select Inc. will announce its fourth-quarter results for the period ended Dec. 31, 2011, on Thursday. Its stock gained nearly 2 per cent and moved to within a $1 of a year high $29.47 Wednesday.



Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. , which edged closer to year highs on Wednesday, will release 2011 fourth-quarter and year-end financial results on Thursday, March 8, 2012. APUC will hold an earnings conference call at 10am (ET) on Friday, March 9, 2012.



Canexus Corporation , which produces sodium chlorate and chlor-alkali products largely for the pulp and paper and water treatment industries, will hold a conference call and live webcast on Friday, March 9, 2012, at 10am (ET), to discuss Canexus' fourth-quarter and year end financial results. A news release announcing Canexus' results will be issued the evening before the call.



Denison Mines Corp. will issue its 2011 results in the evening on Thursday, March 8, 2012. Denison will hold a telephone conference with a webcast presentation at 9am Eastern Standard Time on Friday, March 9, 2012.



Eurocontrol Technics Group Inc. announced today that it has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common and preferred shares of XwinSys Ltd. for consideration of 5 million Eurocontrol common shares. Mr. Bruce Rowlands, President and CEO of Eurocontrol, said: "XwinSys is expected to bring to the semiconductor industry a new and truly unique approach to handling review stations for the industry."





Western Energy Services Corp. today released its fourth-quarter 2011 financial results. Revenue totalled $101.3-million, a $74.7-million increase (or 281 per cent) over the prior year. Net income from continuing operations, before considering gains on business acquisitions, totalled $24.9-million ($0.43 per share) in the fourth quarter of 2011, an increase of 751 per cent. EBITDA totalled $41.5-million (41 per cent of revenue) in the fourth quarter of 2011, a $32.1-million increase (or 343 per cent) over the prior year.







Continental Gold Limited today announced the results for 13 diamond drill-holes and underground systematic channel sampling from the company's ongoing program at the Buritica Project in Antioquia, Colombia. Ari Sussman, CEO, said: "Our continued drilling success and particularly the continuity and grade of the underground channel samples bodes well for our future exploration efforts."





CML HealthCare Inc. today reported its financial results for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2011. The company said the during the fourth quarter, revenue increased 1.4 per cent to $95.8-million. Net earnings from continuing operations of $17.9-million, compared to $22.0-million for the same period in 2010. EBITDA was $31.9-million, up from the previous year's $28.9-million.
