BankUnited, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

BankUnited, Inc. (NYSE:BKU), (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per common share. The dividend will be payable on July 29, 2022 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 14, 2022.
