CARIBBEAN UTILITIES COMPANY, LTD. CLASS A ORDINARY SHARES ARE LISTED FOR TRADING IN UNITED STATES FUNDS ON THE TORONTOSTOCK EXCHANGE.

GRAND CAYMAN, Cayman Islands, May 10, 2023 /CNW/ - Caribbean Utilities Company, Ltd. (TSX: CUP.U) ("CUC" or "the Company") announced today that the Board of Directors has declared an increase in the regular quarterly dividend from US$0.175 to US$0.18 per Class A Ordinary Share. This represents a 3% increase to US$0.72 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be payable June 15, 2023 to shareholders of record June 1, 2023.
