Cousins Properties Announces Its Fourth Quarter 2022 Common Stock Dividend

ATLANTA, Dec. 19, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Properties (NYSE: CUZ) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.32 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2022. The fourth quarter dividend will be payable on January 13, 2023 to common shareholders of record on January 4, 2023.
