Cousins Properties Announces Its First Quarter 2023 Common Stock Dividend

ATLANTA, March 20, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Properties (NYSE: CUZ) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.32 per common share for the first quarter of 2023.  The first quarter dividend will be payable on April 14, 2023 to common shareholders of record on April 5, 2023.
