Cousins Properties Announces Its Third Quarter 2023 Common Stock Dividend

ATLANTA, Sept. 19, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Properties (NYSE: CUZ) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.32 per common share for the third quarter of 2023.  The third quarter dividend will be payable on October 13, 2023 to common shareholders of record on October 4, 2023.
