(“CVR Energy” or the “Company”) (NYSE: CVI) today announced net income of $84 million, or 83 cents per diluted share, on net sales of $1.9 billion for the third quarter of 2021, compared to a net loss of $96 million, or 96 cents per diluted share, on net sales of $1.0 billion for the third quarter of 2020. Third quarter 2021 EBITDA was $243 million, compared to a third quarter 2020 EBITDA loss of $39 million.
