Has entered into an agreement with Canaccord Genuity Corp. and SCP Resource Finance LP on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters, pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a "bought-deal" basis, 63,560,000 common shares of the Company at a price of C$1.18 per Common Share for gross proceeds of C$75,000,800. Fission Uranium Corp. shares T.FCU are trading unchanged at $1.30.
