The Benjamin Franklin Key Award celebrates an electrical engineer within IEEE’s Philadelphia Section for outstanding technical innovation and contributions to technologies that have significant practical applications, with an emphasis on tangible achievements that demonstrate intellectual, industrial, economical or human benefits.
